- **Timeline:** the demo is ready in less than 7 days after the call.
- **Payment:** no upfront payment. The client pays only if they decide to keep the website. If they don't like it, they owe nothing and the demo is not published.
- **Price:** not listed on the page. It depends on scope (for example, more sections or an online store) and is given on the 20-minute call, before any work starts.
- **What's included:** a home page plus two more sections, custom design, English and Spanish versions, built for phones first and adapted to desktop.
- **Ownership:** the client receives the code and its documentation, so any developer or AI can keep working on it. No lock-in.
